Vendor Frequent Questions

Why was my application declined?

This could be for a variety of reasons. The most common reason is limited new space
openings or lack of experience. An incomplete application will also result in a decline. Make sure you include
actual photos of your booth at an event and a menu.

Are pets allowed?

Vendors may not have pets on the premises.

Is camping available for vendors?

These sites do not have access to showers, water, or electric service.

There is no tent camping allowed.

What happens if I cancel or can't operate my booth the whole time?

Cancellation of space or no-show, once accepted to fair, you will not be entitled for a refund.
Refunds will also not be made if the vendor feels the Fair did not meet their expectations.

Vendors are required to remain open all hours of Fair.  Please do not dismantle your exhibit early.

Our Fair guests are entitled to see all exhibits. Violators will not be asked back in future years.

Can I put signs out or walk around the Fair advertising my booth?

Your booth and other items must be completely inside the boundaries of your space. You may not
solicit outside the limits of your space; this includes having sandwich board signs, baskets, tables,
or any other items in front of your booth or in any walkway. You may also not create extensions
off the edge of your booth to create more space. You may not interfere with the foot
traffic in front of your booth. You may not use a sound or loudspeaker system.

What is the difference between Indoor and Outdoor locations?

Indoor booths are located only inside the Main Exhibit Parish Hall . There are about 60 booths inside.
